چکیده
Kaposi sarcoma is characterized by increased proliferation of vascular and lymphatic endothelial cells. The roles circle RNAs playing not clear. Here, we explored the competing endogenous (ceRNA) mechanism from tissues cell in (KS). These (tumors compared to adjacent non-tumor tissue) were analyzed SBC Human ceRNA microarray. results are validated independent experiments quantitative PCR. And has-circ-0040626 overexpressed umbilical vein cells (HUVEC) that related miRNAs tested though tagged RNA affinity purification (TRAP) sequencing. We predicted target genes differential expressed next-generation sequencing GSE147704 Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). In all, 541 differentially circRNAs (>2-fold, p value <0.05) found. significantly upregulated (1.47-fold, qPCR, which promotes HUVECs sponges miR-126-3p vitro. our previous study dataset GEO, patched domain containing 4 (PTCHD4) up-regulated tumor tissue all kinds KS, may be important for mechanism. concordant changes gene expression reveal promote through sponging targeting PTCHD4, a key early progression tumorigenesis KS.

Downregulation of HMGB1 by miR-103a-3p Promotes Cell Proliferation, Alleviates Apoptosis and Inflammation in a Cell Model of Osteoarthritis
Background: MiR-103a-3p is a small non-coding RNA and has been reported to be involved in osteogenic proliferation and differentiation, but the role of miR-103a-3p in human osteoarthritis (OA) remains unclear. Objectives: In this study, we aimed to explore its function and molecular target in chondrocytes during OA pathogenesis. Materials an...
متن کاملUpregulation of miR-126-3p promotes human saphenous vein endothelial cell proliferation in vitro and prevents vein graft neointimal formation ex vivo and in vivo
Poor long-term patency of vein grafts remains an obstacle in coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery using an autologous saphenous vein graft. Recent studies have revealed that miR-126-3p promotes vascular integrity and angiogenesis. We aimed to identify the role of miR-126-3p in the setting of vein graft disease and investigate the value of miR-126-3p agomir as a future gene therapy in ...
متن کاملHyperglycemia- Induced NF-κB Activation Increases microRNA-146a Expression in Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells
Background & objectives: Nuclear Factor kappa B (NF-κB), a master switch transcription factor, plays a critical role in the progression and development of hyperglycemia-induced microangiopathy. Hyperglycemia activates NF-κB, and subsequently increases pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β leading to development of inflammation. Some new studies have revealed the involvement o...
متن کاملEphrin-B2/Fc promotes proliferation and migration, and suppresses apoptosis in human umbilical vein endothelial cells
Tumor growth and metastasis are angiogenesis dependent. Angiogenic growth involves endothelial cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. Ephrin-B2 is a ligand for Eph receptor tyrosine kinases and is an important mediator in vascular endothelial growth factor-mediated angiogenesis. However, research offer controversial information regarding effects of ephrin-B2 on vascular endothelial cells....
متن کاملmiR-155 Promotes ox-LDL-Induced Autophagy in Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells
As an evolutionarily conserved metabolic process, autophagy is involved in the process of atherosclerosis (AS). MicroRNA-155 (miR-155), a multifunctional miRNA, plays an important role in many physiological and pathological conditions, including AS and autophagy. However, the effect of miR-155 on the regulation of autophagy in endothelial cells has not been reported to date. Therefore, the obje...
